• Neem – 25mg

• Dosage: 1-2 capsules twice a day or as directed by the physician.

• Carica Papaya 125mg: Carica papayacan be used for treatment of a numerous diseases like warts, corns, sinuses, eczema, cutaneous tubercles, glandular tumors, blood pressure, dyspepsia, constipation, amenorrhoea, general debility, expel worms and stimulate reproductive organs.
• Giloy 100mg: Giloy (tinospara cardifolia) is used in Ayurvedic rasayans to improve the immune system and the body’s resistance to infections. The bitter principle present shows antiperiodic, antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic properties. It is used in general debility, digestive disturbances, loss of appetite and fever in children. It is also an effective immunostimulant. The drug has antiviral and antibacterial effects. It has a bronchodilating action. It is antiallergic. (N.P.P., p.148) (I.M.M.,1221) (Aryabhishag 202).

• Cinchona bark ghun 25mg: Cinchona susciruba or red cinchona bark contains the highest percentage i.e. 10% of active alkaloids having anti malarial activity. The drug prevents the development of plasmodium. It is rapidly diffused and increase number of white cells in the blood. It lessens the oxidation and in fever it reduces body heat. It reduces the size of spleen, enlarged due to malaria and fever. Alongwith the anti malarial properties , the drug increase appetite and flow of saliva and gastric juice.

• Saptaparna ghan 25mg: Saptaparna ghan (Alstonia scholaris) is valuable in debility and after effects of fever. It is anti malarial and can be given during fever. The drug is very safe even if given for a longer time. It is useful in all types of malarial fevers. The effects of “detanine” present in saptaparna is equally effective as sulphate of a quine and has no side effects of quinine.(I.M.M., I 80; 1993; E.I.B.H, IV; 1992; R.S.S.S., Vol. II; 87; 1980).

• Sudarshan ghan 25mg: Sudarshan Ghan is beneficial for lowering fever. It has digestive action and known as a bitter tonic. It improves appetite and reduces indigestion. Therefore, it is also beneficial for treating loss of appetite, indigestion and abdominal heaviness occurring in fever.

• Katuka Rohini Ghan 25mg: The drug is anti-periodic and anti-malarial. It corrects the liver and spleen function during malaria. It has cathartic and anthemintic action. It is very useful in children. (I.M.M.,Vol. I, 953; 1993; E.I.B.H., II, 147;1987)(A.B.132)

• Aranya Jeerak 25mg: Aranya jeerak(Nigella sativa) is useful in loss of appetite, indigestion, fever, diarrhoea and to cure obstinate hiccup(given with buttermilk). It is anhelmintic and in intermittent fevers and to arrest vomiting. The drug is emmenagogue, carminative, aromatic, stomachic, stimulant and astringent.(I.M.M. 854-55; I.M.M. 408;)(Aryabhishak, 235).

• Tulsi 25mg: Tulsiis used in treatments for: Asthma, bronchitis, colds, congestion, coughs, flu, sinusitis, sore throat and similar ailments. High blood pressure and high cholesterol. Headaches, earaches, and eye disorders.

• Shallaki 50mg:  Uses of Shallakiinclude for osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, asthma, inflammatory bowel disease, as a diuretic, and for painful menstruation.

• Ashwagandha 25mg: Ashwagandha is used for arthritis, anxiety, bipolar disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), balance, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trouble sleeping (insomnia), tumors, tuberculosis, asthma, a skin condition marked by white patchiness (leukoderma), bronchitis, backache, fibromyalgia, menstrual problems, hiccups, Parkinson’s disease, under-active thyroid (hypothyroidism), and chronic liver disease. It is also used to reduce side effects of medications used to treat cancer and schizophrenia. Ashwagandha is used to reduce levels of fat and sugar in the blood.
