Dosage: 1 cap thrice a day with milk after meal or as directed by the physician.
Bhringraj:Bringraj stimulates liver function and its action. Bhringraj is antihepatotoxic and stimulates liver cell regeneration. It is anti-inflammatory and checks swelling on liver. It is useful in viral hepatitis and has cholagogue action. It is deobstruent in spleen and liver enlargement. It promotes the growth and colour of hair and corrects its function for normal hair growth-long hair, black hair as it improves melanin secretion. It has a cooling effect on scalp and brain. Yashtimadhu: Yashtimadhuhas a demulcent action and has anti-inflammatory properties in the inflammatory affections or irritable conditions of the bronchiole tubes, cough, hoarseness of voice, sore throat, asthma. It has antispasmodic properties and averts the attacks of coughing. It has a slight laxative action.(I.M.M., 582).
Arjuna: Arjuna has been used to balance the three “humors”: kapha, pitta, and vata. It has also been used for asthma, bile duct disorders, scorpion stings, and poisonings. The bark of Terminalia arjuna has been used in India for more than 3000 years, primarily as a heart remedy.
Lavang: People use the oils, dried flower buds, leaves, and stems to make medicine. Lavang is most commonly applied directly to the gums for toothache, pain control during dental work, and other dental-related issues.
Pippli: The drug is stimulant and has carminative properties and has a tonic effect. The drug is more powerful than black pepper. It is diuretic and wormifuge.
Shunthi: Itprevents severe damage to the Lungs Due to Hyperoxia and Inflammation. Ginger helps to break down mucus, making it easier for your body to expel air. It also helps improve circulation to the lungs and reduces inflammation.

Chitrak: Stimulates secretion of tripsin & lipase from pancreatic ducts and assists breakdown of proteins to polypeptides & peptones, fat to fatty acids and globules. Chitrak helps to reduce fat accumulation because of its Deepan (appetizer) and Pachan (digestive) properties. It also helps to manage constipation due to its Rechana (laxative) property, thereby managing Obesity.
Jeerak: Jeerak(is useful in loss of appetite, indigestion, fever, diarrhoea and to cure obstinate hiccup(given with buttermilk). It is anhelmintic and in intermittent fevers and to arrest vomiting. The drug is emmenagogue, carminative, aromatic, stomachic, stimulant and astringent.(I.M.M. 854-55; I.M.M. 408;)(Aryabhishak, 235).
Jatifal:Jatifal is valued as a potent aphrodisiac, digestive stimulant, essential oil easing the pain associated with headaches and treats common cold, cough and asthma.
Kutaj: It has most prominent benefit in managing diarrhea and dysentery due to its antimicrobial activity. It is also useful for managing bleeding piles due to its astringent property.
Kakamachi: It is an Ayurvedic plant used for treating fever, opium poisoning, splenomegaly, diseases of the liver, rhodent bites, vitiligo, nausea, diseases of the oral cavity and headache.
Jhavuk: The herb is traditionally used in leucoderma, spleen trouble, eye diseases, rheumatis, gingivitis etc.
Safed musli: It is used in traditional systems of medicine including Ayurveda, Unani, and homeopathy. It is traditionally used for arthritis, cancer, diabetes, boosting vitality, improving sexual performance, and for many other uses.

It is also good in lumbago, pain in the joints, sciatica and bronchial neuralgia. Amla: Amla berries are rich in antioxidants, which reduce the risk of chronic health conditions like heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. Amla berries are also an excellent source of: Vitamin C. Vitamin E. It is antibacterial and its astringent properties prevent infection and help in the healing of ulcers. It is used as a laxative to relieve constipation in piles.
Haritaki: It is useful in fever, coughs, asthma, urinary diseases, piles, worms and in rheumatism. This is highly useful in small quantity in chronic diarrhoea, dysentery, flatulence, vomiting, hiccup, colic and enlarged spleen and liver.
