• Kuchla Shudh (Strychnos nux-vomica)
• Samir pannag ras
• Nirgundi(Vitex Nigundo)
• Excipients

• Dosage: 1-2 capsules twice a day with water or milk or as directed by physician.

• Maharasnadi Kwath Ghan (100mg): Maharasnadi kwath ghan is very useful in acute conditions of various nerve disorders, bodyache, sciatica, lowback pain, elephantitis, rheumatism, hernia, paralysis, tetanus, gaseousness(pain due to presence of gas in kidneys and urogential systems ,abdominal distension). It is the drug of choice in the pain due to nerve disorders i.e. neuralgia of various origin. (Ras tantra sar & siddha prayog Sangraha,Vol.I, p.705).

• Ashwagandha (150mg): It is tonic, alternative aphrodisiac and nervine sedative. Root is also used in consumption, sentite debility, Rheumatism and loss of muscular energy. It is also good in lumbago, pain in the joints, sciatica and bronchial neuralgia. Ashwagandha tones up the entire body including brain cells and is a very well known nerve tonic.(Indian Medical Medica, Nadkarni, plants, R.R.L., jammu,1982, page 36-37)(Planta medica, 1986, page 61-63).

• Suranjantalakh(50mg):  The corms of Suranjantalakh autumnale is chiefly used to relieve the pain and inflammation and shorten the duration of acute gout and certain gouty infections. It is also used for external application to lessen inflammation and pain.

• Sinhnad Guggul (50mg): Sinhnad guggul is a compound formulation containing trifala, purified sulphur guggul and castor oil. It is used in the treatment of Aamvat i.e. Rheumatoid arthritis.

• Mahayograj Guggul(50mg): Mahayograj guggul is a formulation containing about 20 ingredients such as sunth, pippali, chavya, vidang, nirgundi, indrajav etc. It is used in the treatment of all types of vatvyadhis. It is highly reputed in the treatment of rheumatism. Its main ingredient balsamodendron mukul(guggul) is not only beneficial in rheumatism but also subsides all kinds of inflammations as tubercular, leprotic or gonorrheal. Like all leo-resinsit causes an increase of leucocutis in the blood and stimulates phagocytotis. Mahayograj gugglu is very effective in arthritis, spondylitis osteoarthritis, branchial neuralgia, sciatica and gout.

• Kuchla Shudh(28mg): It is a valuable tonic and useful inparalysis. It is aphrodisiac, spinal stimulant . It is useful in local paralysis as that of the forearm, laryhx etc. due to any toxic agent as lead, alcohol and tobacco, diphtheric paralysis and post operative paralysis of the stomach or intestine.

• Samir pannag ras(25mg): Sameer pannag ras is an Ayurvedic formulation. This is used to treat problems with respiratory and joints problems. This formulation is known to control all types of doshas.

• Nirgundi(45mg):Nirgundi in Kegonarth-G is proved to be very effective is dispelling inflammatory swelling of joints from acute rheumatism. The drug in Kegonarth-G has immediate onset of action in over-sprained limbs and low back pain along with antirheuamtic action. • Direction for use: One to two Kegonarth-G capsules to be a taken twice a day with some warm milk or water. In chronic cases relief will be felt after continued use for two weeks but a course of treatment for one or two months bring about complete cure. In very acute cases two capsuless thrice a day should be continued till swelling and pain subsides.

• Contra indication: It is contra indicated in pregnancy and in acute hypertension.
