• Cissus Quadrangularis Linn: Cissus quadrangularisis used for obesity, diabetes, a cluster of heart disease risk factors called “metabolic syndrome,” and high cholesterol. • Boswellia serrata:Boswellia serrata in Harjoint Forte capsule is the main ingredient with a difference. The drug is very effective for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and has the action by a mechanism similar to other nonsteroidal group of anti-arthritic  drugs that is Boswellia serrata  inhibits prostaglandin E-2 synthesis and at the same time Boswellia serrata  being free from any of the side effects like gastric disturbances and ulcerogenic activity usually found with other and latest nonsteroidal group of anti arthritic drugs. The drug is absolutely free from any side effects or toxicity. Boswellia serrata  has immediate onset of action and is very safe.

Boswellia serrata  improves blood circulation and blood supply to joints and restores integrity of blood vessels obliterated by spasms of internal damage.
