• Symplocos racemosa (Lodhra): 50mg
• Tribulus terrestris (Gokshru): 50mg
• Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha): 50mg
• Mucuna pruriens (Kaunch beej): 50mg
• Triphala: 50mg
• Dashmool: 50mg
• Salmalia malabarica(Moch ras): 50mg
• Glycyrrhiza glabra (Yashtimadhu): 30mg
• Long pepper root (Pippali mool): 20mg
• Supari Pak: 20mg
• Mesua ferrea (Nagkesar): 20mg
• Saraca asoca (Ashok chhal): 20mg
• Nardostachys jatamansi (Jatamansi): 20mg
• Asparagus racemosus (Satavari): 20mg
• Hemidesmus indicus (Anathmool): 20mg
• Santalum album (chandan): 10mg

• Dosage: 1 to 2 capsules 3 times a day or as directed by the physician.

• Lodhra: The drug is cooling and mild astringent, lodhra averts uterine hacmorrhage and abnormal secretion. Lodhra has a synergistic action with ashok. The drug checks menorrhagia due to relaxation of the uterine tissues. Lodhra contracts capillaries and bleeding stops. It has an aphrodisiac action and it also controls diarrhoea. • Gokshru: Its component contains diosgenin, which has anti-proliferative activity helps to relieve symptoms of BPH like, nocturia, increased the frequency and prostate enlargement. Diuretic, cooling, demulcent, aphrodisiac. It has a tonic effects. Used in primary nephritis, kidney stones and useful in painful in micturition. It is a nervine tonic and urinary antiseptic. Also useful in disease of genitourinary tract, urolithiasis, dysuria, etc.(I.M.M., p. 1229)
• Ashwagandha: It is a tonic and gives strength and removes muscle weakness and influences fresh energy and vigour in the system worn out due to disease or over work. It is a nutritive tonic and health restorative in old age people. It is a sedative and aphrodisiac and useful in insomnia, stress and loss of memory, vitality and vigour. It is antibacterial also.(Encyclopaedia of Indian botanies and herbs, Vol.1, p.96, 1992)
• Kaunch beej: Kaunch beej is a nerve tonic and is aphrodisiac. The drug is useful in spermatorrhoea. Kaunch beej has androgenic included activity without any adverse effects. The seeds are astringent, anthelmintic, nervine tonic. • Triphala: Triphala is a combination of equal parts of amla, baheda and harde. The drug is well tried and time tested drug for all types of digestive disorders like indigestion, constipation, diarrhoea and other disorders. Triphala powder helps in greater weight loss, including a reduction in weight, waist circumference, and hip circumference. Studies have demonstrated the potential of Triphala as a therapeutic agent for weight loss and reduction of body fat. Triphala treatment decreased the percentage of body fat, body weight, and energy intake. It increases the resistance power of the body and improves blood picture. (I.M.M. p.1202)
• Dashmool: Dashmool are ten herbs which are very effective in controlling inflammation of serous membranes removing pain and congestion. This preparation is extremely useful in puerperal diseases like fever, anorexia, anaemia, body ache, joint pain and general edema, coughing and breathing problems, pharyngitis and giddiness.

• Moch ras: Used in Vata diseases, diarrhoea, dysentery, menorrhagia and leucorrhoca. Also useful in urinary calculii, chronic inflammation of bladder, kidney and in strangury.

• Yashtimadhu: Yashtimadhu has a demulcent action and has anti-inflammatory properties in the inflammatory affections or irritable conditions of the bronchiole tubes, cough, hoarseness of voice, sore throat, asthma. It has antispasmodic properties and averts the attacks of coughing. It has a slight laxative action.(I.M.M., 582).

• Pippali mool: It is used to improve appetite and digestion, as well as treat stomachache, heartburn, indigestion, intestinal gas, diarrhea, and cholera.

• Supari Pak: It Restores women’s health, relieves weakness, headache & backache. Helpful with gynaecological problems and Cures Leucorrhoea.

•  Nagkesar: Nagkesar’s leaves are applied to the head in the form of a poultice for severe colds. Oil from the seeds is used for sores, scabies, wounds, and rheumatism. The root of this herb is often used as an antidote for snake poison. The dried flowers are used for bleeding hemorrhoids and dysentery with mucus.

• Ashok chhal: The bark is strongly astringent and is uterine sedatine. It acts directly on the muscular fibers of uterus, ashok has a stimulating effect on endomentrium and ovarian tissues and is much useful in uterine affections, specially in menorrhagia the drug is prescribed from the fourth day of the period till bleeding caeses. • • Jatamansi: The roots and rhizomes of jatamansi have been used to treat hysteria, syncope epilepsy, and mental weakness. It is used as a good stimulant, antispasmodic, tonic, laxative and antiepileptic. Being a good antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent, could help to repair the damage caused by PTU in the thyroid gland. It has been reported in previous studies that pentacyclic triterpenes such as betulinic acid alleviates experimental hypothyroidism.

• Satavari: Satavari is aphrodisiac, It has antioxytocic activity; increases the weight of memory glands and is galactogogue. The drug is diuretic. It is effective in ageing. The drug has estrogenic activity. It is a immunomodulator; is tonic nutritive, demulcent, antispasmodic. The drug has antiulcer activity with mulethi. (I.M.M., Nadkarni, 1993, vol.I, page153).

• Anathmool: The drug has long enjoyed a reputation as a tonic, alternative, demulcent, diaphoretic, diuretic and blood purifier. It is employed in nutritional disorders, syphilis, gonorrhea, chronic rheumatism, gravel and other urinary disease and skin affections.

• Chandan: Chandan is used to alleviate itching and inflammation. It is credited with cooling, diaphoretic and expectorant properties. It is used in the treatment of common cold, bronchitis, vaginal infections, bladder infections.
