1 to 2 capsules twice a day or as directed by the physician.
Vranprahari ras (100mg): Beneficial in patients with upper respiratory tract infections, The drug also is useful in anal fissures and fistula, chronic fevers, carbuncles and boils. (Ras Tantrasar and Siddhaprayog Sangraha, Vol.II , p.413, 1980).
Arogyavardhini (50mg): It has antipyretic effect in all types of fever and is useful in skin disorders. Useful in digestion, increases appetite, reduces obesity, helps evacuation. The drug has liver stimulant action and simulates gall bladder. It has cholagogue action. It is carminative and antiflatulent.(R.S. & S.S., Vol. I, 497).
Gandhak Rasayan (50mg): Gandhak Rasayan improves the body strength and muscle strength. It improves the digestive power. It checks pruritus, itching, diarrhoea, colitis and abdominal pain. It has antipyretic and anti-inflammatory action. The drug is antibacterial and is useful in syphilis and gonorrhea, checks burning micturition burning in hands and feet. The drug is very useful to urinary tract infection, It is useful in scabies and pediculosis. Even in staphylococci infection gandhak rasayan is very useful. In the boils in head the drug is very useful. (Ind.mat.Med., Vol.II Page 120;1993)(R.S. & S.S., Vol.I, p.449).
Kamdudha Ras (25mg): The drug is very effective in urinary tract disorders and is anti-pyretic, anti-emetic and vomiting during pregnancy, It checks burning sensation specifically in urinary tract, burning micturition, and checks bleeding as it strengthens the blood veesels and provides calcium in huge quantity. It is anti-spasmodic and also checks headaches of various origin. It is cool and refrigerant, energetic and anxiolytic. It improves digestion and blood circulation, nervous system. (R.S. & S.S. I 494).
Kashish Bhasam (15mg): The drug is anti-bacterial and anti-septic. It is useful in tuberculosis, urinary tract infections, respiratory disorders, calculi, enlargement of liver, enlargement of spleen, disorders of ladies, painful piles, diarrhoea, colitis. The drug is astringent, stimulant, tonic and stomachic and is useful in haematuria. (I.M.M., vol.II.64)(R.S. & S.S., Vol.I. 162).
Sankh Bhasam (25mg): Sankh Bhasam is useful in abdominal colic, gastritis, liver disorders and enlargement of liver, spleen. It is also useful in intestinal colic, mucous disorders, loss of appetite, diarrohoea, flatulence, abdominal distension, colitis and it has an astringent action. (Ras Tantrasar & Siddhaprayog Sangraha< vol.I, 201;vol.II, 21;1980).
Shring Bhasam (10mg): Shring Bhasam is very effective in respiratory infections and its disorders like, breathing, cough, pneumonia, bronchopneumonia, pleurisy, T.B., and other lung infections, mild constant fevers, disturbed sleep, cardiac pain, bone deformities due to toxins, bronchitis, renal inflammation, renal sepsis and pyorrhea. The drug regulates the secretion of cough and gives strength to the enters lungs and bronchial trees. Because of the strength the tubercular and other bacilli are not allowed to multiply causing their destructions. Shring Bhasam is a cardiac tonic and strengthens the muscles of heart and improving its functions. Thus the drug acts as an antibacterial in U.R.I (R.S & S.S., vol. I, p.213).
Godanti Bhasam (50mg): The drug is an analgesic and antipyretic and it has astringent action and is useful in lecorrhoea, menorrhagia, and because of high concentration of calcium the drug is haemostat and checks severe bleeding in females. It checks headache, dry cough, headache due to high blood pressure, thrust, sleeplessness (R.S. & S.S. Vol1, p. 166, 1980). The drug is useful in pyrexia, headache, lowback pain, toothache, dysmenorrhoea, neuralgia, influenza, rheumatism, inflammations, pains and it is a muscle relaxant.
Suvarna Makshik Bhasam (25mg): The drug of choice in urinary diseases, anasarca, ascitis, prurigo, eye diseases and is very useful in infective hepatitis. The drug is antianaemic and improves the quality of R.B.C. Useful in leucorrhoea, headache, gastritis and in disturbed sleep.(I.M.M., Vol.II, m/32; 794: R.S. & S.S., vol.I, 38).
Giloy (50mg): Giloy (Tinospora cordifolia) is used in Ayurvedic rasayans to improve the immune system and the body’s resistance to infections. The bitter principle present shows antiperiodic, antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic properties. It is used in general debility, digestive disturbances, loss of appetite and fever in children. It is also an effective immunostimulant. The drug has antiviral and antibacterial effects. It has a bronchodilating action. It is antiallergic. (N.P.P., p.148) (I.M.M.,1221) (Aryabhishag 202).
Haritaki (50mg): Haritaki (Terminala Chebula) is useful in fever, coughs, asthma, urinary diseases, piles, worms and in rheumatism. This is highly useful in small quantity in chronic diarrhoea, dysentery, flatulence, vomiting, hiccup, colic and enlarged spleen and liver.
Haldi (25mg): Haldi is commonly used for conditions involving pain and inflammation, such as osteoarthtritis. It is also used for high fever, depression, high cholesterol and itching.
Shingru (25mg): Shingru is used as a cough remedy, earache and as an eye wash.
